in 1993 YKC (yorkshire kit cars) bought marlins roadster and berlinetta. the roadster had the same chassic appearance design as the marlin roadster mk1 and two but it had a few changes because it had the suspension and stearing components from a ford sierra cosworth. ykc was a small company which made the julieta which looks very simular to the roadster. on the roadster and julieta they redesign the grill and wings on the exterior but didnt decide to do it for the other berlinettas.
